Follow Up
You've made contact with a prospect and the conversation is a going great. You've asked if you can continue to stay in touch with them to share information and they welcome the gesture. How do you keep them interested in your messages? Send them something of value so they will look forward to hearing from you. Consider sending Tips for Buyers, Tips for Sellers, or Showcasing Your Home for Sale, which are only a few good articles from our REALTOR® magazine. Now, how do we turn the prospect into a client?
