When the going gets tough, the tough get going! How many times have you heard that? Well, these are tough times, and since I know you're all really tough, let's get this market going again.

I'm sure you've heard it from your Broker, but it's worth repeating. Back to basics! What does this mean? It means we have to go back and do the things we did when we first started in the real estate business.
