Staying in touch with your clients after the sale, and remembering important dates in their lives is just as important as doing a good job while helping them to find their dream home. At the closing, pull out the following form and tell them that they are important to you, and you would like to get some additional information.

Fill out the Personal Profile form, enter the information into your contact management software, and set up reminders of the important dates. Call, email, or send a card on those dates, and watch the follow up business come to you!
