STEVE ALEXANDER 2009 PRESIDENT Steve has been a licensed REALTOR® since 1998 and has worked with Sea Colony Realty, Freeman Realty, and Seacoast Realty in that time period. Steve earned his Broker's license in 2007 in Delaware, is in the process of getting licensed in Maryland, and has completed course work for the CRS designation. Steve works out of the Edgewater House Lobby at Sea Colony on the oceanfront. Aside from serving as the President-Elect and being a part of the SCAOR leadership team, Steve is presently serving on the Government Affairs (4 years), REALTOR® Community Service (4 years), and the Rental Affairs (2 years) Committees. Committee service has and continues to provide rewarding experiences and an opportunity to get to know more of my fellow REALTORS® whose paths I might not normally cross in the daily course of my business. Additionally, Steve was nominated as a REALTOR® of the Year candidate in 2007. Real Estate has been a rewarding career that has afforded me an opportunity to truly help people reach one of the larger goals in their lives - be it the realization of a dream beach house or simply a home in which to raise a family.
